I wouldn't reintroduce it to the wild....it won't survive. That's one of the hazards of taking 'wildlife' from the wild. Rarely, will they survive the transitions from captivity to the wild and vice-versa.That will do for now. Checking OR law, it looks like you'll need a license to keep your bird. Quail are social creatures, and it will not be happy alone, so you'll either need to rehabilitate it to the wild or get some more to keep it company. You could also rehome it with someone who already has some.
