I was thinking about ducks but a friend said the eggs are terrible..........fact or fiction???
I only bake with them or mix them with my chicken eggs. The consistency kind of freaks me out so I haven't been brave enough to eat them on their own.
I've heard they are a little sweeter then chicken eggs.

Khaki Campbell eggs are great! They cook up lighter and fluffier than chicken eggs. Make a bigger sandwich too! Muscovey eggs are thicker with mostly yolk and hard to crack; I can't say I have had one over easy. Make very yellow scrambled eggs!
They have a little stronger egg flavor but they are tasty.
Interesting...........how often do they lay?
