What time do your roosters crow?

mine starts round 6.30 a.m.
And then 2 times during the day.
I 'm really happy that he doesn't crow the whole day

What time doesn't your rooster crow would be a MUCH easier question!!! LOL Thankfully I enjoy it!!! He has a buddy across the way who crows back and forth with him from about 5:30 until they both fall over from exhaustion at bedtime.

"Trigger" goes at 5:30, 5:45, 6:00 and noon-ish. I guess he's really intent to let the world know he's around first thing in the morning.

Of course, 5:15 is when my alarm goes off. I wonder if he can hear it?

mine crow the minute something wakes them up,, if something or someone in the yard at 1 in the morning, they crow, until the noise stops,, then the traffic starts around 6am ,, and they start, and they stop at 7:30 pm when its their bed time.

The bantam rooster next door usually starts at 5 am in the summer but now it is about 5:45am . I am not annoyed by it. He sounds so joyous. Its like (I'm ALIVE) Then the other two next door starts and later the last one. they crow for about 30 minutes off and on(talking I guess) then all is silent for a long while. Jean

I have 6 roos and the first one to crow usually starts around 3:30 - 4:00 am CT.

The crowing really bothered me at first because it woke me up. And I'm really not a morning person, or at least not that early of a morning person.

Now I'm used to it (and so are the neighbors). I am fortunate that I have neighbors who actually enjoy the sound of my roos crowing. Each roo has a distinct crow and each roo is equally special to me an those around me. I love that.

As a matter of fact, one of my neighbors also has roos. Theirs and mine communicate with each other through the woods that seperate our homes from one another. I especially like hearing that. It's cute.

Our roo starts between 4:30 and 5:30, although I notice if i get up to go to the bathroom and turn the light on (he is outside my bedroom window, lucky me) he starts right up. So I fumble to the bathroom in the dark at night, which is frequently since I am 8 mos. pregnant.

i think my rooster is confused because he crows all the time all day. he also crows when you go anywhere near his hens. then you better run because he will get you. i think it is scarier to be chased than spurred.

Robin will start at around 5am, and won't stop until bedtime so when it gets dark. And if you wake him up he starts crowing again... So before sun up to after sun down!

My neighbor complains about him crowing all hours of the day but she also complains when my dogs bark at her 50 billion cats roaming the neighborhood... so who cares!!! LOL!
