After a move they often will stop laying for a little while but if there are eggs "in the works" at the time of the move, those eggs will still be laid. I'm not surprised you got an egg 15 hours after the move since that egg would have already been in production. The same hen might lay on the 2nd and 3rd days too, and THEN take a break for a week or two. On the other hand, depending on the size of the move (across the yard versus across the state) and how stressed she got, she may not stop laying at all.
