A friend of mine bred a production red roo over white leghorns,silkies,RIR and one cochin hen and after three generations they ALL lay PINK eggs from pastel pink to ballet slipper pink i really like the eggs and she gets an egg a day from all of her hens. But i was wondering if for example you mix a RIR and a Cochin you get a good pink layer. I know they will be mix breeds but i really want pink eggs of my own!!
