What to do with chicks?

I am currently hatching six silkie eggs, four are in an incubator and two are under my two broody old english game hens. Once the chicks hatch should I put them all under the heat lamp inside or let the two being hatched by the hens stay with the hens? Thanks!

I'd be tempted to give all of them to the hens. It's a heck of a lot less work when 'Mom' raises them.
