What to do with this foot?

I don't have anything yet. I probably should have taken before pictures, but I was afraid to confess to having one this bad.

Can always decide later whether to share or not.
I often take pics of things that concern me just to get a better look at it.
Anyway that would be something for another thread.

I'm thinking that's looking better already. If she were mine I would keep soaking and get the rest of that crud off. Once all of the crud is off you can see what toes should be amputated.

About the same... on the one foot only. We are soaking again... her feet were pretty cold, where I’ve got her in the coop she doesn’t have as deep of litter. Strong appetite though

Which foot is worse? Can you take pictures of the one she won't stand on?

I think it is. What I look for is this. When they get those full circumference lines I usually take those toes off.
