what to do with too much squash

Have y'all tried "Grilled Squash"? It's our favorite. Slice the squash lengthwise about 1/2 inch thick or so, oil lightly and toss on hot grill till you have "char bars", flip, repeat---done. I find the oil makes a big difference, I've used garlic, butter, olive oil, etc to grill with. I normally use the yellow summer squash, but Zucchini works also.
 
I love grilled yellow squash we put it on the kabobs with shrimp, onion, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms. Yum

My mom used to make this dish with zucchini and or yellow squash. You just cut up your squash and add lg peices of chopped onion, can of tomatoes, garlic minced, and any other veggie or seasoning you want. I usually add thyme, oregano, basil and black pepper and then throw in a cup of shredded cheddar cheese, feta, mozarella or any other kind you like. Stir up and bake covered at 350 for about 40 min. My mom sometimes adds egg to the cheese and pours it on the veggies before baking to use up her eggs too.

Fried squash is great to. Make a little batter with some milk, an egg, some flour, pepper and garlic powder, slice up some zucchini, drench in batter, fry. yummmmmmmmyyy.

Zuchinni burritoes......dice zuchinni, fry on high so they get nice and browned, add onions. Warm up a flour tortilla with cheese so it melts, add some of the zuchinni mixture, spread a little sour cream, roll up, and eat!!

Too much squash? Never heard of such a thing.

Oh yeah good one. I love fried zucchini and fried mushrooms too, with ranch dressing dip! When I was preggo I liked to eat them cold LOL!
My dh likes to bread those patty pan squash and fry them in the skillet and just eat them plain. I have some patty pan squash just starting to get squash on them.
