-not based on real science- I don't believe that chicken embryos can feel pain in any significant level until about day 16. IMO.

Yes, I count them all, but the supposed broody goes off for a while and I usually have to catch her.

No, I catch her and put her on the perch most times, she is usually found slowly walking back or wandering to the tent.

So she's not broody and those egg do not contain embryos...
...just toss them unless you want to risk eating them.
