The broody hens here occasionally eat their eggs so it's possible she's done this.
Maybe give her a bit of fish or meat each day to bump up her protein. Half a teaspoonful or less is what I give here.

Thank you dear, I have tried meat and canned fish but she didn't eat them. Perhaps, she has eaten them, I don't know. Since she is confined in the small coop, no other explanation can be true.
