what to feed?

I have 33 pullets , 20 isa browns, barred rocks, black australorps. i brought them home may 4, and was wondering what too feed them now. i want them too develop fully first,so they start laying on time. have been getting different ways of what too feed,help?

I use a starter/finisher crumble. You don't want to use a layer feed until the girls are ready to lay as it has too much calcium in it for growing chicks.
