What treat did your chickies get today?

deer meat,lettuce,tomatoes,biscuts,stale bread,bread i baked for them,a grasshoper,corn on the cob,carrotts... they love the deermeat and bread most

I took the giblets from the roaster I have in the oven for dinner, threw them in a pan with some water and the leftover sauce from my shrimp scampi a couple of nights ago, added a handful of split peas and cooked them some 'stew'. As soon as it cools off a bit I will take it out to them, don't want them to burn their little chicken tongues. Hope the Cochins like it, all the other 'people food' we have tried to give them, they turn up their beaks at it.

Mine get dried mealworms every day, they would probably come through the doggie door for me if I didn't show up with them some.
