I put some watermelon in the run. The nine Wyannotes all circled around the plate but not one has taken a bite!

I totally forgot I was going to cut up some watermelon for mine today. I will have to remember for tomorrow. Today was a boring day with our normal morning snack of mealworms from the hand (followed by a scattering around the run's bedding so the littler ones had a chance). This afternoon was shredded baby spinach. I still need to work on the size to cut things up.

after reading this post I made oatmeal with raisins, peanutbutter and maple syrup. It was so good I almost ate it myself. they loved it. That was yesterday. today they got scrambled eggs with peppers (yellow and red) and I threw some grape tomatoes in and some celery. Then I put some cabbage in a hanging thing. They liked that too.

Mine get bananas which is their favorite, chopped cabbage, cooked lentils and some peanuts.And, it seemed like it was a sparse day.

High quality bird seed, some cracked corn, watermelon and a couple of peaches that fell off the tree. Quite the buffet.
