I keep seeing BOSS posted as something yall give your flocks. Please share what it is. If it's something my girls will like I might look into it.

I used mealworms as a training tool. Now they hear the click of the lock and come running to the door.

Black oil sunflower seeds. Glad I saw your post. I looked this up and am new at chickens. Think I'll give BOSS a try.

Gave a handfull of mulberries to the chickens yesterday. Wasn't sure if they'd like them but they went crazy over them. Our mulberry trees are loaded this year. Glad the chickens like them, I know the local bird population sure loves them

Bought a huge cracked watermelon at a fruit stand.....my "krewe" ate 1/2 today...husband and father ate the other half...LOL
