Tried broccoli first time today! Hated it then loved it and ate 2 stalks. Takes the concentration off smaller ones so they can come down for feed and water. Lol

I buy the Chubby mealworms. Their prices are good, and while I'm not crazy about them coming from China each bird only gets one or two a day. I tried farming my own but it was a hassle.

Chubby mealworms are an American company, but the worms are farmed in China.
I'm Canadian. I paid around $30 for 2 lbs, with free shipping.
