How do I create a new thread?! I have been trying for DAYS! and can't figure it out!

Go to the section of the forum that you want to post in, then at the top left of that page will be a button that says create new thread

Today it was a loaf of whole wheat homemade bread that I forgot to get out of the oven - almost could build a chicken coop with loaves like that. LOL. They loved it!

Heat'a Bread
this is a dump recipe! I have estimated amounts.

3-9 egg shells (a week's worth)
2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon baking powder (if flour was plain)
1/3 cup grease -any kind
2 tablespoons cayenne or red pepper flakes
water to make a thick batter. For baking (350 till done) or more for a thinner batter for pancakes.
you can add in finely chopped veggie scraps, like potato peelings, carrot peelings, stems, what ever you have left- even stale chips or crackers.
Good luck- let me know how they like it. Mine will eat this over laying mash so I use it as treats - late afternoon or early morning to add heat to their bodies. I am still getting the same number of eggs in the cold on top of the mountain.

well i got a sample of a bird gel from a conference i went to. i tried it out today and my spoiled rotten rooster didn't like it but i gave it to the rest of the flock and they gobbled it right up! Nothing fancy at all but at least some liked it
