Grape leaves and free time to scavenge for any left over blueberries that haven't gone bad.

Last night my chicks had leftover zuchinni from the garden and tried a banana for the first time! After they got over being suspicious of the new treat, they seemed to love it.

Just a quick note here, grapes are toxic to dogs as the pesticides do not wash off well enough. Our vet warned up that even one could kill our small dog. So of course raisins are out to. So it would be reasonable to expect that raisins would perhaps have the same toxins. My birds got watermelon, spaghetti left overs and peas.

Grapes and raisins can cause acute renal failure in some dogs. The cause is unclear since the types of grapes involved include both seedless and seeded, store bought and homegrown.

Chicken can eat grapes and raisins just fine.

Forget about strawberries with my girls they will literally pick through their veggie and fruit salad and eat everything but strawberries. This morning they had fermented started feed they absolutely LOVE it and a little yogurt. Forgot who said it but yes do stand back when yogurt is involved it goes everywhere

Grapes. When the blueberries were ripe, the biddies would almost run me down when I opened the door to the run in their frenzy to reach those nice, ripe blueberries. Now that the blueberries are overripe, they almost run me down heading for the ripe grapes, which seem to have the advantage that grape leaves are immediately adjacent for a little after supper salad.

Today there were stuck in the henitentiary (a term someone else coined), so I tossed them a nice bunch of ripe seedless green table grapes.
