What treat did your chickies get today?

Let's see, the chooks and ducks got a huge pumpkin for Halloween/Thanksgiving as a coop decoration, but they instead made it into a snack!

Apples and bread after finding almost all of them out of the coop and run, running toward me when I came home from work. Don't know how they got out and why the run were unlatched? Glad they're all ok, after the hawk attack few weeks ago.

Mine got Cooked corn meal,Kale, cracked corn, Shelled sunflower seeds and 1/2 a cabbage.

@Frindizzle Strange as it may sound, I don't know yet!

We get nearly 2 dozen every day, so it takes forever to eat through the oldest cartons and get to the newer ones. However, I expect so.

Leftover noodles, peas, apple, cabbage, cucumber and some scratch mix in the evening.

Watermelon, mixed leaf lettuce, corn and leftover stuffed turkey roll.

Hubby carved a pumpkin for Halloween and we did throw the pumpkin guts to the fussy, spoiled, bantam gals who, as expected, gave us the “You really expect us to eat that?!” look and at the end of the day the pumpkin guts got fed to the compost bin

It is a windy day here with lots and lots of heavy rain and the girls are feeling 'cooped' up, so this morning I gave them some rice and cooked broccolini, 2 suet feeders filled with apple, cabbage, corn on the cob, cucumber, and then threw them some BOSS and mealworms just now, about an hour before dark.

Today was mesquite smoked pulled pork.

They went nuts over it!!!!

Mealworms and Raisins. They go nuts over both.
Too bad they don't seem to go for the LadyBugs flying around here. We must have had a hatch of them last night.
They are everywhere today since the sun came out. I caught a few that landed on my shirt and offered it to the hens, but no takers.

Potato; peas (which they will not eat); corn; carrots (which will probably also be on the

list), lettuce and roast beef.
