I tried raisins, and got scolded because it wasn't meal worms. Spoiled rotten hens, lol

Mine got leftovers Unseasoned leftovers...boiled chickpeas, lentils and black beans mixed with some baked cod, spinach and some almonds. Threw in a couple of apples and tomatoes. They loved it!
