I always give pumpkin guts to my chickens. Sometimes I buy a tiny pupkin just to cut in half and put in their run.

i cooked some rice today for them and mixed in some cottage cheese, they were very excited. I also gave them a small pumpkin cut in pieces and the seeds were gone before I turned my back.....lol.
