Well to tell you the truth.... I cheated

I bought the Pillsbury cinnibon ready to bake cookies, then rolled them in cinnamon and sugar, then baked them.

Besides the fact that it's very late at night, I've also had too many beers to get out onto the road to justify my sweet tooth! Just gotta wait until another day. But that sounds quick and delicious! And thank goodness for instant spell check! LMAO!!!!!

For dh I made borek using fresh phyllo dough and ground beef.All his since I stopped eating meat.I added onions and spices to the meat,then rolled up each *pie* with the meat,and coated the outside with a mixture made from egg/yogurt/olive oil.Baked. You can roll up anything in the phyllo like a greens mix or even a shredded apple/raisin....things I plan to do.

Then I cut up some melon and veggies.I think after all was said and done I ate nothing but a few bites of melon for dinner. Kids had pizza.
