Chicken Fajita Salad Wraps
Found a recipe in a Betty Crocker Calendar I had. Looked and sounded really good. The only thing I changed was the dressing. Couldn't find the chipote chiles in adobo sauce it called for and instead of ranch dressing I found a chipolte ranch dressing instead. Very tasty and the kids even liked it.

I had . . . wait for it . . a yam, some cottage cheese, and a couple hunks of bread with butter. So busy building the coop that I didn't make dinner! Hubby didn't complain, he was able to have some kind of cheese sandwich thing.

I should probably go and steam some veggies right now, as a matter of fact, just because I didn't have any earlier.

Tomorrow I'm buying a Papa Murphy's Pizza so that this doesn't happen again.

Normally we eat a real meal for dinner!
