i got a free chick from MM and it looked just like the black 1 and i had already had a barred rock in my order and it liked just like her, but as they grew up i found out it was a cuckoo maran, so it MIGHT be a maran...they are very cute!!!

TreeTree411, I am not sure but probably any chick with barring because of the white spot. Marans or Dominique? Check those two out as well.

I am thinking Dominique. It looks like it will have the rose comb. Only time will tell. I tried to upload a picture of my three baby Dominiques that are 4 weeks today, but my phone/site was not having it.

We received a Dominique as our freebie in our late March order. He looked exactly like the BR/CM chicks that we had ordered. Well, I'm assuming it's a he. It is pretty ambiguous at this point.
