My loveable orange male kitty was a stray.. He and his siblings were dumped at the beach.. Some body took them in and found them homes.. I picked a male because I can get him fixed for free.. I wish I could have more kittys. Hubby said no... But our cat thinks it is a dog, since it was raised with 3 chihuahuas... lol

SUCKER! Once they convince you to name them, they're yours forever. She looks like a doll. We've collected a number of "strays" since we moved here. There's a woman down the street who's very nice, however, she has too many cats and won't give them up (classic animal hoarder). The result is an annual litter from the ones she can't afford to spay and neuter. She tries to keep the female inside and the males outside, but it only takes a few minutes to make a mommy. We already have two cats from her litters, though she would never claim them (they're spitting images of her cats). I've been trying to think of a way to offer to pay for the fixin' without sounding rude and judgmental. She's very sensitive about the cats. Something has to give though. We can't take anymore cats down here. I hope you find a home for the kittens. It looks like you've already found one for mama.

Thanks everyone.

She really is a special little doll. I, personally, love white cats, black cats, orange cats, calicos, spotted, striped, ears missing, tails bent.....you get the idea.

I love ALL cats.

And as Kinnip said, I AM a sucker. You should have heard my husband groan...."Oh...you named her, she is ours now". LOL I informed him that I most certainly did not, our 11 y/o son did!!! My poor hubby!!!!

She and her kittens will be loved and pampered as long as they are here.

Christy, she looks so sweet! And looks just like my cat, Angel. I found her in the road when she was about 5 weeks old, about to get run over. Cars were swerving out around her, so I figured an animal was in the road. Sure enough, when I was next, I saw this teeny little white kitten. I put my van in park, put on the hazard lights and help up traffic on a major state route while I rescued the poor little thing. Come to find out later, probably the reason she was in the road oblivious to all the cars, she is completely deaf. My vet told me that most pure white cats have a recessive gene that renders them deaf.

You know, once you rescue something, it belongs to you. Good luck!

If it was a dog going to have puppies and you was in NC, my husband would be on his way to get her! LOL

I've paid my dues to prego kitties... got 3 had 4 batches of kittens from them... and am FINALLY down to one cat from the last batch of kittens... That was 6+ years ago to rehome everyone!!!
