what will a cuckoo maran rooster bred with barred rock hen make?

I was just wondering what the chicks would come out being. I have these and wanted know Before hand

Just a plain old mixed-breed bird with the same barring as the other two.

The coloring is a set of genetics shared by all breeds of chicken. So they'll come out with the same barred pattern. But the "breed" will be mixed. And the offspring will probably give you a dark brown egg that isn't quite as dark as the cuckoo maran.
