I looked it up, and the latin name for this hatchling is: "Adorabilis Chickadoodledoo"

Honestly I find that SO disappointing. . . . Here it is, you have a chick who's blue and brown marbled, meaning it's got some blue genes in it, and it could possibly have laced or patterned (partridge) genes in there too. But what do you get?

I was so hoping for something that's not so, well, . . common.

I'm still trying to figure out why someone would think it was a Marans.

None of my Marans colors have looked anything like that.

One more rare breed EE. hehehe
