what would you put in a 1000 gallon tank?

Some people like Oscars, some dont!

I like them for their personalities.The albino ones are amazing looking.
Not showing my aquarium, I just have fancy guppies at the moment,lol. And it needs cleaning.Again.

I'd either fill it with some mini-sharks (that do have teeth and CAN bite your head off..

) OR I'd fill it with catfish and bass. Yummy fishing! Perhaps some crappie too..

Oscars have the best personality of any fish that I have ever owned (and I've owned alot) and they get big and they can become a pet

we have a 55 g marine tank. a clown pair we raised up from little ones, a bunch of corals, and some crabs and snails.

we lost our cleaner shrimp and a goby in the great June heat wave, before we'd prepared for warm weather in the new house. it was pretty traumatic, we thought we'd lose the clowns too.

now that summer is over and we've kept it stable the rest of the summer probably time to get a new cleaner shrimp and cleaner crew refresh.

edit: and if I had a 1000 g tank I'd get a ray, something like this maybe:
