My friend just bought me a ton of Muscovy and Pekin eggs. They are mixed up because he was sick and the person collecting didn't mark them. I have hatched chocolate, lavender and black scovys fom these eggs. PM me if you are intrested in a trade.

I would LOVE some lavendar muscovies. I just looked them up to see how they look as I've never seen one and are they ever pretty!

My problem is that I don't have living quarters for them. I plan to build some eventually. Are you planning on keeping them and offering them again in the future?

Yep rock steady I set it up and never touch it. It is hatching bout a day early but, I'm not messing with the temp. It also holds the humidity allows you to go in and out as needed to turn eggs and gather chicks. I am able to stagger hatches in it so far chickens, turkeys , quail, gunieas, duck, goose all at the same time.
It's a big ole beast but I love it. Dh called it my WMP weapon of mass production

They are not incubators, they are rooms! My husband visited the local commercial hatchery and they have rooms with racks that incubate and they have rooms for hatching. Not 1 room but many rooms. Full of eggs. .......................................

She jut needs a commercial walkin cooler, im sure those would work, i know I havent looked at the bread warmer/proofer at church the same snce I've started hatching

Hee Hee my chicken partner is in the process of gutting a mobile home and making chicken coops for us to keep more breeds. His wife made him put it behind the barn so she doesn't have to look at it.
