Ha ha ha!!! You're probably right there. Those things are huge. How does the redwood hold temps? I've heard that they're really good at holding conditions steady.

Oh man!!! Can you imagine some of the bators out there that huge commercial production hatcheries use??? Not that I'm a fan of them, but I've heard that McDonalds even owns their farms for eggs, chicken, etc. now. I wonder what kind of incubators a huge corporation like that uses...

Yep rock steady I set it up and never touch it. It is hatching bout a day early but, I'm not messing with the temp. It also holds the humidity allows you to go in and out as needed to turn eggs and gather chicks. I am able to stagger hatches in it so far chickens, turkeys , quail, gunieas, duck, goose all at the same time.

It's a big ole beast but I love it. Dh called it my WMP weapon of mass production
