I have a bunch of babies. One egg is now pipped and one i think is not going to hatch might have died at day 18 or 16.

Jap bantams, and EEs (lav AM roo and a splash maran roo in this pen)

here are the eggs before hatch - all from my eggs-

the 2 brown ones hatched out black

the blues- hatched out blue

the lgt brown ones hatched out that light color chick that is still wet next to the yellow jap bantam (still one of these eggs to go)

the white eggs- black mottled jap bantams (hatch yellow with black dot on head) (one egg will not hatch)

cream bantam eggs- black jap bantams

The light colored chick is such a beautiful color. It will be really interesting what grows in.

Here it is this morning. i had to help the last one out it was a reg size light brown egg. chick is yellow with black dot.(not the yellow ones in the photo those are japs)

Ok, I need some advice. I got 6 Bantam Polish yesterday that are of laying age. 1 of the roosters I got keeps circling. Like he is chasing his tail like a dog would. Any ideas what he is doing or is something wrong? If so is there anything I can do to help him.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, I need some advice. I got 6 Bantam Polish yesterday that are of laying age. 1 of the roosters I got keeps circling. Like he is chasing his tail like a dog would. Any ideas what he is doing or is something wrong? If so is there anything I can do to help him.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Is his crest preventing him from seeing out of one eye? This could cause him to move only to the side he can see out of.

No I picked them up right down the street from me. No, he can see just fine. Never saw anything like it. I saw him do it when I picked them up but, I thought maybe he was playing or the sun was in his eyes. But he is still doing it.

There are breeds of dogs that spin - usually indicates some sort of neurological problems... could be something like that.
