i use the windows side bar and use the sticky notes... i have 3 different ones - different colors. so i have one for egg swaps. one for sending out on this swap and one that is for receiving items on this swap. i can have multiple pages so when i ship something i delete that page after i pm the dc #. and the same when i receive something.... that way i am not too confuzzled.

Id just lose the paper.... lol I am the one who makes a grocery list and then forgets the darn list.... so I make my lists using sticky notes in my phone too I have a droid 1

OMG! You do things the "old fashioned way", LOL!
I guess I don't swap enough for this to be a problem. I save the messages and they remind me who owes me what. So far everyone has sent rather quickly except one person so I--not having Windows 7--have not had to revert to my pencil and paper, lol.
