Vidalia onion

WiSh I saw this earlier! I sautéed garlic in butter & oil, added the shrimp, added cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers and fresh basil, and a little white wine vinegar. Topped with crushed red and parmesan.

But now I am furiously googling vidalia onion sauce…lol
