It’s a Mexican style of cooking meat, traditionally served with the braising liquid. We’re using the liquid to dip. Kind of like stew made with a roast and without vegetable chunks

I'm going to have to try this sometime. We love Mexican food here!

Supper: We will be having pork stir fry tonight as I fixed fresh flounder with fried green tomatoes, and potatoes.
