Whatcha Making for Supper?

Welp...dinner has changed. Time got away with me and I don't have time to make tortillas and then taquitos and have dinner at the regular time, so we are having Tuscan Shrimp tonight. It's a 30 minute meal.

Just like the title says. I want to know what people are eating for dinner, supper, whatever you call your evening meal.

I'll get us started, I'm making pea soup, and deviled eggs. We will probably eat it for a few days. Yum.

I've never had taquitos. Is that something you buy or make?

Taquitos are a small rolled taco that is deep fried and generally served with guacamole. You can buy them at a Mexican Restaurant or in the freezer section of your grocery store. I'm making mine.
