Hubby had leftover Cacciatore/Spaghetti. I had a Blueberry English Muffin.

Seafood crepes are in the oven and I get a much needed break. First time trying to make crepes. I suppose I will need to get a crepe pan if we like this. It did work in a fry pan I have with sloped sides, so we shall see.

I have a paella pan and I've only made Paella twice

I had a steak to use up, but my taste was wanting lemon pasta, so...

The crepes were very good and have convinced me to get a crepe pan to make it easier. I would make many different crepes. Great new addition to the menu.

Chinese sticky bourbon chicken tonight.

Blueberry crepes for breakfast will definitely be on the menu in a month or so. Blueberry bushes are covered with blooms.

I went into a large grocery store this morning and got everything I needed to make something I hadn't made in a while except the meat

In my perfect world the meat would be up front by the door, so you don't fill your cart with everything else only to find the main ingredient missing.

But they did have mussels... so I added a couple more things to my cart to make something else I haven't made in a while. Snip's creamy curry mussels.
So that will be my dinner tonight.

I stopped at Wally World on the way home and to my surprise they had ground lamb!
So tomorrow night or Sunday I'll make Kayelle's lemony lamb balls and asparagus. Well, I call them lemony lamb balls. Kayelle called them Greek meatballs

Making meatballs and pasta today anything that DH will eat is the goal add a salad from the garden.
