Breakfast for dinner.

Chili over Fritos with cheese and sour cream. You can serve it in a bowl or in the chip bag

I did something three years in a row where on Sunday (and sometimes Monday) I would make a food the state/city of the opposing NFL team was known for.

So when Cleveland played Houston I made a Texas chili and served it like their Frito pie.

I can't say I really liked Fritos with my chili. I'd rather have cornbread. Not as salty.

It got me into a lot of different foods though. Things I wouldn't have heard of otherwise.
