Whatcha Making for Supper?

I finished off the other half rack of ribs for lunch.
So maybe tonight just a BLT.

I stopped at the store to pick up another bag of coleslaw mix to use instead of lettuce. I've seemed to find a few uses for coleslaw mix and I like to keep a bag on hand lately. The preservatives they use keep it lasting longer than even romaine lettuce does. So it's a good buy for me at half the price for three romaine hearts.

I was looking forward to that BLT, but I'm working on a pickling formula for these abundant numbers of quail eggs I am getting every day.

So the next batch of eggs took precedence over actually cooking supper... and simply heating up the leftover scampi :)
