Mmmm... the cookies look yummy!

Since my hubby is at work, my sister's fiance is at work, and my mom is working at a girl's purity retreat at church tonight, my dad and my sister (and my nephew) came over for dinner. I made roast, potatoes, and carrots in the crock pot (one of my favorite and SUPER easy) and some biscuits to go with it. Afterwards we introduced my dad to the Wii... that was fun! We had a blast making his Mii and he liked bowling, but he especially like the cow racing game! It was a fun evening.

Lol... that would be fun!

I know, I'm proud of my mom. She's been coordinating this retreat for like 4 years now. They have 60 girls there this weekend (that's the most ever and awesome for our rural area)! I have helped her some years, but this year I missed out.

Buttermilk pancakes sound yummy! This is not good. I'm getting hungry again... I don't NEED to eat anything else! Especially since tomorrow we're going wedding dress shopping and bridesmaid dress shopping for my sister's wedding!
