Guess no one had lunch yesterday since there wasn't any posts went grocery shopping yesterday so I have a plethora of options.

Had leftover lasagna - spent morning and afternoon watching grandson play 2 baseball games in Fla. Ain't technology great.

Fine, fine, I'll fess up. It was a free for all type lunch so I had my coffee, a bunch of Doritos, and a kombucha.

Yeah I'm on a diet as well, its called "the EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT" diet


I'm loving it, it really fits my style

I just can't gain an ounce to fat to save my life so I put it all towards muscle, is seems to work so I'm happy
