What's for lunch?

I am very familiar with kosher and was curious if you did cook with different utensils and so on, and do you buy kosher meat? Or just follow the split hooves and chewing it's cud?
If I can find it but not always. Though lately I'm buying meat in bulk (half cow, full lamb) and i know the animal was raised well and was kosher killed.
 
I started on a diuretic, and that messes up my potassium. So now, I am all about bananas and potatoes. But I am looking hard at other foods that have good amounts of potassium. There are a surprising number. Who knew that watermelon has potassium?! But wrong time of year for that. :( So probably something with some greens and potato or sweet potato.
