YES! I certainly break from what is traditionally eaten during the 4 square meals. I end up eating "dinner" for breakfast, "dessert" for lunch and "breakfast" for lunch, and "lunch" for dinner. Yes, dessert is a meal.. don't care what ANYONE says about that
