I wear sleeveless shirts year round & layer sweaters jackets coats as needed

This morning standing outside in line to vote at 7am was 49F & I was layered

Before I was inside to vote, my left arm was completely out of my sweater and jacket and my right arm was out of jacket only

My guess is you're warm blooded.
I am not. I went to my polling place twice this morning and the line was outside around the corner.
I went back around 2 pm and there was no line. In and out in 5 minutes. GC
