What feels better summer heat with high or low humidity

Low humidity
The higher the humidity, the lower the evaporation rate of your sweat, so it's more difficult for your body to cool itself.
I'll take 115 with 20% humidity over 98 with 98% humidity.
Worked in a restaurant one summer. The kitchen was 115 and the dishwasher room was 98; poor 'dish buddies' were dying back there!
I was in Key West one June with 98 and 89; walking and drinking was about all we could do.
