10:00 am, 17F with an expected high of 27. It's beautiful outside, clear and sunny, should make it feel much warmer ... maybe reach "freezing?" Gee, we may have to have a picnic in the park!

At 4 AM -2F and holding still at 5 AM. Kitchen cold water frozen. Ceramic heater under the sink base cabinet. Bathroom cold still flowing so coffees made, phew, close one.

... and once again, it's warmer in Anchorage, Alaska than here, today. We were in the low to mid teens (F.) AA had 38 and thunderstorms. Go figure.
