37° and cloudy but feels like 29°

The temperature here is finally starting to come up but for Northern California it's still too cold. One morning I got up and called my husband he told me the temperature was like 50 or so I told him here it was 37 but the wind chill made it 31. That's not Northern California weather. Our oldest daughter told us that it snowed in Red Bluff.

Today was a warm day. Morning temp sucked but the afternoon temp was good. At least it wasn't 30- 40
