We are in winter season, the wind makes it colder than it normally is. Strong blasting wind...

I don’t like the wind, here it makes it colder than it is, usually. Unless it’s a nice soft warm wind.

13C this morning, we are heading into a cold spell, with temps below the seasonal average here. It’s also going to bring wide spread rain, which is need up north for the fires.

I don’t like the wind, here it makes it colder than it is, usually. Unless it’s a nice soft warm wind.

Now I don't like the wind, it was ok when it started a few days ago, but it is persisting so all the discomfort come with it.

It is very cold dry strong wind and cold air. Yesterday my Wyandotte mix hen - Minty was looking miserable in the corner, I took her inside and kept her inside for a few hours. When I let her out she was her happy self again. I don't know why she is so miserable in this cold as she has a big coat of feather, very hard to find her skin because of all that feather.

Winter is here and the report says it is a dry cold winter. Only for 3 months. I sleep better in winter and my chickens do not want to come out in the cold. I am thinking they don't know what cold is until they step on snow.
