My Thermometer has me ticked off....it reads 0.2

What kind of sadistic thermometer reads 2 tenths above zero, just so it can laugh at a person and say "it's above zero"...

I am thinking of boycotting my thermometer until it starts giving respectable numbers...or buying another one that will give me better numbers!
