Any fires? Wow that weather is crazy, yeah?

In that picture above, every diamond is a fire, the yellow ones are bad ones, “out of control” the blue ones are currently controlled..for now. There are No fires close to us,

The wind is really bad all over the state. It has been such a dry winter, makes it so easy to burn up.
Is gonna be a long bushfire season I think.


Even now at 10.30 pm, the wind is still blowing a gale. Is 5 C with a wind chill of minus 6, is freezing out side.


Yeah the weather is crazy here, but that is Australia for you, a few weeks back it was snowing in one part of NSW and bush fires raging in another part.

Holy mackerel! That is just terrible! Hope things improve. I've heard about the farmers running out of hay and no pasture has grown. Awful state of affairs.

They are running out of water too, most have to buy it and truck it in, just to fill their tanks and dams.

Australia so desperately needs rain. Winter was so dry, spring and summer are forecast to be the same.

Gale winds have finally subsided and we got 5ml of rain over night....not much but is something
