we have just been told to reduce our electricity use, as the bushfires have taken out two Electricity Substations...we have turned off what we can, but have left on the aircon, cause it is still really hot.

Thank you for your thoughts..it is so scary, late last night there was a wind change and fires we thought we were pretty safe from, started heading this way. Today the winds are meant to push it closer to us.
