8 weeks of rain? Eww...

Oh yeah, that's why the grass is so electric green in the winter. It's the Lord's way of telling us to hang on! I was actually surprised when I heard the 8 week thing, but for a while it was raining at night but dry in the day. A couple days the sun came out while I was working but it rained later in the afternoon, so for me it hasn't really been as bad as it sounds. Officially it's rained every day for 8 weeks. Yes, it's muddy!

I guess it's a fair trade... no, it's not such a beautiful green here, even in the spring.
But the longest we usually EVER go without a few bright sunny days is a week at most.

Lol. The ground here is so dry the rain would just wash off it without getting absorbed
